Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant had submitted that the learned Advocate Commissioner have been paid with the initial remuneration even before any attempt was made to execute the warrant and the respondent himself has surrendered the vehicle and, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Application and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
