Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the revision petitioners were unaware of the death of the respondents, namely, Mrs.Balammal, Mr.Mohan, Mr.P.Elumalai Naicker and Mrs.Yesudha Ammal in the earlier proceedings and they came to know of their demise upon subsequent perusal of records. He further submitted that the omission in noting down the demise of the respondents was neither wilful nor wanton and therefore, prayed for accepting the cause title.
