O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved against a communication dated 22.12.2016, rejecting the petitioner's selection for locating the LPG outlet, on the reason that the petitioner has furnished the land details, after the cut off date.

2. Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the very notification issued on 30.11.2013 was withdrawn and a new notification was issued in August 2017 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition, as the impugned order itself has no effect or force as on date.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
