Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2022 seeking direction to the erstwhile office bearers of Sadakuppam Village Panchayat Level Federation (PLF) to render and

hand over the accounts and other records as well as the office equipment to the present office bearers of the said Sadakuppam Village Panchayat Level Federation (PLF).

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.10.2022, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
