Challenging the order dated 25.11.2020 passed by the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioners was granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. To substantiate the same, he has produced a copy of the circular issued by the third respondent.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
