This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet for FIR in Crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the petitioner's complaint a case in Crime No.16 of 2021 for offence under Sections 498(A),323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act came to be registered.
