ORDER
The matter is listed today under the caption "for clarification". 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court had already directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each, to the credit of Crime No.725 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.31068 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 and that the said amount has been withdrawn by the defacto complainant.
3. The other relief sought in this petition is to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.31068 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, passed by this Court, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m for the period of ten months.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
5. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.31068 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
