ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27720 of 2024 order dated 07.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27720 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
