ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this

writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that based on a civil decree dated 22.11.2024 passed in O.S. No.25 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Rasipuram, he is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for issuance of patta for the said property. He has given a representation on 03.06.2025 to the respondents, seeking for issuance of patta. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the petitioner has to personally appear before the first respondent to enable the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner shall appear in person before the first respondent as and when the petitioner is summoned by the first respondent. The said undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta for the property

morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to produce all the supporting documents as required by the first respondent to enable the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

8. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2025, seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the Civil Court Judgment dated 22.11.2024 passed in O.S. No.25 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Rasipuram within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner will have to produce all the supporting documents to the first respondent as requested by the first respondent.

9. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
