The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel and disconnect the electricity connection given in the name of the sixth respondent in respect of the property in S.No.170/3 situated at Manchakkalpatti village, Sankari Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition to work out his remedy.
