Seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.04.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that there is no proof to show that a complaint has been received by the Inspector of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a fresh complaint dated 27.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
