This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 28.07.2015, the petitioner has not given any details about the incident, but has merely stated that he has given a complaint dated 15.05.2015 to the District Collector. The petitioner has further stated that he has filed a private complaint in CMP.No.4320 of 2015 before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed.
