This application has been filed to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 as the proposed defendants 12 to 14 as LRs of the deceased 9th defendant in the above suit in C.S.No. 818 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
