ORDER

This Court by its order dated 25.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.31439 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has issued 1/4

the following directions:

"5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022, followed by his reminder representation dated 30.10.2022, seeking for implementation of the order of the Revisional Authority dated 25.02.2022, under which, the petitioner has been reinstated into service, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Revisional Authority's order dated 25.02.2022 has now been stayed by an order of this Court dated 09.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.3571 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would, therefore, submit that this contempt petition can be closed, in view of the stay granted by this Court by its order dated 09.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.3571 of 2023. 2/4
