ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) that "the petitioner shall shall stay at Vellore and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., apart from the hearing dates before the Trial Court concerned, until further orders. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28517 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
