Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.39 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to grant exemption of surrender of the petitioner herein made in C.A.No.72 of 2018 on the file of the Learned II Addl.District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram dated 13.12.2018 in dismissing the appeal filed by him and confirming the conviction and modifying the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Cuddalore in C.C.NO.1 of 2005 dated 21.8.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.39 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M/S.ARASU GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.HARIHARAN ARUN SOMA SANKAR ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.301 of 2019, dated 09.01.2019, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
