THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.521 of 2022 IN CRL OP.20338/2021 C.DINESH [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, EOW II, CHENNAI, (CRIME NO.25/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until the issue is settled in Crl.OP.20338/2021 dated 29.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20338 of 2021 on 29.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
