This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to monitor and guide the investigation and direct the 4th respondent to file a Final Report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court in respect of Cr.Nos.261/2012, 201/2012, 165/2012 and 166/2012 pending before the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.Nos. 261/2012, 201/2012, 165/2012 and 166/2012 has been completed and the matter is pending with the District Collector for appropriate sanction.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to file appropriate Report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
