(ii) to grant interim stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 15.09.2016 made in RCA No.36 of 2011 by the Sub Judge, Tambaram, confirming the order dated 18.08.2008 made in M.P.No.68 of 2009 in RCOP.No.47 of 2007, on the file of the Learneed Principal District Munsif Judge, Alandur (in CMP.3120/18)in CRP.NPD.No.2259/18 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.CHANDRAKUMAR Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.A.PALANIAPPAN Advocate on behalf of the respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- One Mr.A.K.Yusuf, petitioner herein claiming himself as a joint lessee, has filed the above civil miscellaneous petitions, for impleading himself as a party and for granting interim stay.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner in the above civil miscellaneous petitions is not a party to the lease agreement nor has any privity of contract with the landlord. Therefore, he has no locus to contest the case in the above Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
