(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. Pursuant to the order, dated 06.07.2015 passed by this Court, the alleged detenue, Pavithra is present before this Court. The petitioner and the parents of the detenue are also present.
