This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.355 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.355 of 2015, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 19.07.2015 and RCS Notice No.505 of 2015 has been served to the 3rd respondent.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
