ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Divya, aged 22 years as also the father of the detenu viz., Shreyas, aged 3 years, sought production of his wife and son.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on being secured the detenue/wife of the petitioner as also the infant child, they have been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengodu, where the detenue has informed intent to accompany the petitioner. Accordingly, she was permitted to do so.
