Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent No.4 in his proceedings in Ku.No.26469/535/Ni.P3/ Ni.P.O\/Ni.Vu.2/Ko.Kattu/2013-6, dated 02.05.2014 which was confirmed by the order of the third respondent in his proceedings in Ku.No.008664/472/D.3/2014-1, dated 13.11.2014 and quash the same with
further direction to restore the service of the petitioner by granting all other service, monetary and attendant benefits.

As early as on 08.07.2022, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the sole petitioner died. However, the matter was adjourned from time to time for taking appropriate steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. However, According to learned counsel for the petitioner, inspite of his best efforts, he is not able to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to close the writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application to bring them on record, if they are advised so. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
