(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr.N.R.Anantha Rama Krishnan, learned counsel for respondent No.5

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the District Collector has granted permission to respondent No.5 on 13.02.2023 for erection of the cell phone tower.

In light of the fact that permission is already granted, no further orders can be passed in the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
