This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Ms.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent and would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.I.Malar, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, while listing the appeal.
