O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue, Anitha, Daughter of Selvaraj, aged about 20 years, directing the respondent herein to produce the petitioner's daughter, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/mother of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the alleged detenue S.R.Anitha submits that she is aged about 20 years and she has married the fourth respondent without any compelling circumstances and she is not willing to go with the petitioner/mother of the detenue, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue being a major that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
