This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.02.2016 by registered post to the respondents alleging that her son and daughter-in-law are causing annoyance to her.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 06.02.2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

5. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to summon the petitioner's son and daughter-in-law, in order to protect the lawful rights of the petitioner.
