The petitioner has stated that notice was served on respondent Nos.14 and 16 through Court and privately. The summons have been returned as "No such person". Hence, the present petition .

2. I heard Mr.Sathya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Paul Das, learned counsel for contesting respondents.

3. Mr. V.Paul Das, has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered. The petitioner shall take steps on respondent nos.14 and 16 alone for the hearing date on 11.02.2026. Notice shall be effected in one edition, namely "Malaimalar" having circulated in Erode District.
