.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to take disciplinary action against respondents 10 to 12, staff of Civil Court PDM Alandur.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to initiate disciplinary action against respondents 10, 11 and 12, i.e., the staff of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur.

2. In the writ petition, allegations have been made against the learned Magistrate, who is not a party to the writ petition. We also find that the pending matter before the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, is at initial stage and the petitioner is given an opportunity to file written statement, for which the next date of hearing is fixed on 16.12.2021.

3. In view of the above and to cut short the whole controversy, a copy of the plaint has been supplied to the petitioner in person in the court itself, which has been acknowledged by him and the petitioner may, accordingly, prepare and file the written statement before the court below on or before the next date of hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
