Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2015 to investigate and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Heard the learned counsel Mr.T.Ananthasekar for Mohan.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.119 of 2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel appearing for Mohan submitted that a case in Crime No.104 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner herein by D3-Kanakamma Chatram Police Station. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry in CSR.No.119 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
