ORDER

The revision petitioner / tenant in RLTOP has filed the present revision challenging the order of the Rent Court dated 17.11.2021, allowing the landlords/respondents to allow certain documents in MP.No.2 of 2021 in RCOP No.409 of 2020.

2. The only grievance of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is that the learned Rent Court has not applied its mind to the relevancy of the documents, it allowed. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the documents are yet to be marked.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. The learned Rent Controller may record any objection of the revision petitioner / tenant as to the relevancy and admissibility of any of the documents to be produced by the respondents, and shall clearly record the nature of objections so raised and may consider it at the final disposal of the rent control proceedings. 2/4

4. The revision is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
