This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 & 7 as legal heirs of the deceased fifth respondent namely R.Vasanthammal in the above Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Considering the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ petition.
