ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party in respect of the sale of the property and that the opposite party had been given the commission due to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint. On a reading of the complaint, it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence, hence, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
