16131 of 2020 and direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2020 after providing me with an opportunity to explain my position by affording a physical appearance or otherwise within a reasonable time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and at the same time, seeks a direction from this Court to the 2nd respondent to comply with their circular dated 08.02.2021, bearing No.2020/TGIV/18/Misc/Comml Contracts.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondents will implement the circular dated 08.02.2021, referred to by the learned counsel for the petitioner in favour of the petitioner also. After recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to implement the circular dated 08.02.2021 referred to supra in favour of the petitioner also. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
