ORDER

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 12.10.2012.

2.According to the Petitioner, for the past 31 months, she was working as Sanitary worker in the second respondent's Panchayat Union Primary School, to do the work of her mother Neelavathi, who was appointed as Sanitary worker and she attained the age of superannuation on 30.09.2010. However, she was not given any appointment order and salary. Hence, she made a representation dated 12.10.2012 to the first Respondent, in this regard. However, no reply was received till date. Therefore, this writ petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the documents filed in the form of typed set of papers. 4.Considering the limited relief sought herein, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.10.2012 made by the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
