Seeking a direction to transfer the unnumbered Crl.M.P.No. of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam, to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Chengleput, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petition filed by the petitioner, who is the father of the deceased, is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam and it is represented that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur is in charge of the Court of Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur is directed to dispose of the petition filed by P.Subramanian in Crime No.710 of 2013 on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
