ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay difference in gratuity with 10% interest to the petitioner by taking note of initial training period for calculating gratuity.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
