ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner claims for early disposal of the appeal dated 08.08.2022 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.Aggrieved by the order passed by the 3rd respondent, the appeal dated 08.08.2022 has been preferred by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent. Till date, the counter has not been filed by the respondents. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the 2nd respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 08.08.2022 is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after adhering the principles of natural justice.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.08.2022.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
