There was no representation on behalf of the appellant, despite the case being listed and conducted through video conferencing on 19.09.2020, 21.09.2020, 28.10.2020. After lifting the lock down also there was no representation for the appellant. Even today i.e. 09.11.2020 also there is no representation.
