2. It appears that as against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge directing the appellants to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the first respondent being a portion of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

monetary benefit under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the present writ appeal has been filed.

3. Now it is brought to the notice of the court that pending the appeal, the amount has already been paid. In the circumstances, this court is of the view that nothing survives for consideration in the writ appeal. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ appeal while requesting the learned Single Judge to dispose of the main writ petition itself at the earliest. No costs.
