SELVAM, J.] Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a fresh representation to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on 19.03.2018 and the petitioner is withdrawing the present Writ Petition and that the Bar Council of Tamilnadu be required to deal with the matter expeditiously.
2. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and this Court would expect that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018 would be disposed off, solely on merits, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
