[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] The above matters have been posted under the caption 'for being mentioned' before this Court, at the instance of the Learned Counsel appearing for the Parties stating that certain typographical error has occurred in the common judgment dated 16.03.2021 passed by this Court.

Heard the Parties.

Paragraph Nos. 4 and 6 of the common judgment dated 16.03.2021 passed by this Court are substituted as follows:- "4.

It is seen from records that the issue in the Suit is with regard to the election and the resolution passed by the Appellant /Association. While disposing of the Suit and the aforesaid Applications, the Learned Single Judge appointed a retired Judge of this Court, viz., Hon'ble Justice G.M.Akbar Ali, as the Election Officer to conduct the election. 1/3

In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the Judgment dated 01.12.2020 is set aside insofar as the final disposal of the suit itself and the suit in C.S.No. 334 of 2019 is restored to file in entirety. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.M.Akbar Ali is requested to decide the eligibility of the clubs and associations to participate in the election, after affording opportunity to all the parties while deciding about the eligibility and objections if any, raised by the parties could also be taken for consideration."
