ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.RV/ 525/ 2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to be remain in the same office as Junior Assistant.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is personal dispute between two employees. The respondents made allegation as if the petitioner attacked the co-employee, thereby the present impugned order dated 22.12.2025 has been passed by directing the petitioner to approach the Managing Director for employment. Such order cannot be passed and even there is an allegation as against the petitioner, it has to be dealt with only by initiating disciplinary proceedings. Without initiating disciplinary proceedings, discharging the petitioner from employment is not acceptable one. On this sole ground, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents decided to withdraw the impugned order. Accordingly, the
writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the respondents to initiate disciplinary proceedings in the manner known to law. 4.
Recording the said submission, the impugned order is set aside with liberty granted to the respondents to initiate fresh proceedings in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
