CMP Nos.3616, 3620 and 3621 of 2020 have been filed by the petitioners i) to condone the delay of 1759 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 7th respondent, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 7th respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents 13 to 16 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.R. Agilesh, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. As seen from the earlier proceedings, the proposed respondents have already been served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
