ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the District Court, Erode to number O.S.CFR.No.4414 of 2021.

2. A perusal of the B-Diary extract would indicate that on 14.12.2021 when the matter was called upon in the open Court, request was made by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs to return the plaint so that she could rectify the defects. After making such request the plaint was returned to the plaintiff and the plaintiffs / petitioners has now come before this Court by way of Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the request made on 14.12.2021 by the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to re-present the papers before the concerned Court. The Judicial Officer on receipt of the papers shall either proceed to number it or pass orders after hearing the 2/4

counsel for the plaintiff. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of representation of the plaint along with the orders of this Court.

4. The Registry is directed to return the plaint to the petitioners after receiving due acknowledgement.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs.
