This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.62 of 2023 1/4
pending on the file of the second respondent police to some other police station within the jurisdiction of first respondent police station.
2. Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Attur and the same has been committed to Mahila Court, Salem, which has been taken on file in S.C.No.285 of 2023 and the case is now at the stage of framing of charges. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
