CMP Nos.3652, 3654 and 3655 of 2020 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 403 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Nineth respondent/Koteeswari; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Nineth respondent/Koteeswari and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Nineth respondent in the above Second Appeal.
2. Heard Mr.R.Agilesh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. All the respondents have been duly served in these CMPs and their names have also been printed in the cause list today, except fourteenth (R.14) respondent. The notice sent to the fourteenth respondent has been returned for the reason "unclaimed" which is deemed service.

4. Since notice has been duly served and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
