The second appeal was dismissed for default, by an order dated 06.02.2007. Thereafter, the application has been filed to restore the second appeal in C.M.P.No.1500 of 2007.

2. The learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner/appellant reported no instructions. Therefore, the Registry is directed to print the name of petitioner/appellant and listed the matter today. Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner by person or through counsel. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed the matter further. Therefore, restoration petition is dismissed for default.
