This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing Respondents to cancel the Sale Deed bearing Document Nos.3071/2021, dated 24.09.2021, 3179/2021, dated 04.10.2021 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Thiyagadurugam, Kallakurichi District.

Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, on the basis of the circular, dated 09.07.2021 in Reference No. 20217/UI/2021, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
