Earlier, this Court by an order dated 26.10.2022 granted interim stay on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent within a period of six weeks from 26.10.2022. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that due to ill-health, they are unable to mobilise the fund within a time as per the order of this court, thereby they failed to pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent company, which is neither willful nor wanton and they are ready to comply the condition within a period of two weeks. Accordingly, he has filed this petition seeking to extend the time to comply the order dated 26.10.2022 in C.M.P.No.18028 of 2022 in C.R.P.No. 3390 of 2022 on the file of this court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions of Petitioners, this Court is inclined to extend the time for the period of two weeks i.e. till 30.03.2023 from today.

3. Post the matter on 30.03.2023 for reporting compliance. 15.03.2023 rpp 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
